Michael Fahimian began his real estate career at just 16 years old while attending Crossroads School. As soon as he received his driver’s license, he began working with Jade Mills, driving to showings and open houses. He quickly became a key member of her team and her right-hand man. Michael earned his real estate license at 18 and immediately began making sales.

Michael initially attended New York University, where he studied real estate development. However, he soon recognized that Los Angeles was where he wanted to build his career and establish himself as a dominant force in luxury real estate. He transferred to USC, continued closing multimillion-dollar transactions throughout college, and graduated with a degree in real estate development. By 22, Michael had established himself as one of the top 20 real estate agents in Los Angeles. Today, at 27, Michael and his partner, Jack Harris, are ranked the #1 real estate duo in the United States, as verified by RealTrends™.

A Los Angeles native, Michael has completed more than $2 billion in career sales, representing many of the city’s most significant properties across Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Holmby Hills, the Bird Streets, Malibu, Brentwood, and beyond. He currently holds the exclusive listing for the Chalon Estate, which, at $400 million, is the most expensive residential listing in the world.
