About Michael Fahimian

Michael Fahimian was born and raised in Los Angeles, where he developed a passion for luxury real estate at a young age. He earned his real estate license at 18 and went on to close many multi-million-dollar deals while completing his degree at USC’s Price School of Real Estate Development.

He has since sold over $1.5 billion in properties, including more than $500 million in 2025 alone, and currently holds over $745 million in active listings. His portfolio spans Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Holmby Hills, the Bird Streets, Malibu, Brentwood, and more.
