Meet Jack

Jack Harris began his real estate career at just 16 years old while attending Beverly Hills High School. While in school, he interned for several top agents and hosted open houses on weekends. He earned his real estate license at 18 and immediately began making sales. Jack continued closing multimillion-dollar transactions throughout college. When the COVID pandemic moved his classes online, he devoted himself fully to the business and, by 22, had established himself as one of the top 20 real estate agents in Los Angeles. He later graduated from USC with a degree in real estate development. Today, at 28, Jack and his partner, Michael Fahimian, are ranked the #1 real estate duo in the United States, as verified by RealTrendsâ„¢.

A Los Angeles native, Jack has completed more than $2 billion in career sales, representing many of the city’s most significant properties across Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Holmby Hills, the Bird Streets, Malibu, Brentwood, and beyond. He currently holds the exclusive listing for the Chalon Estate, which, at $400 million, is the most expensive residential listing in the world- a testament to the trust placed in Jack and his reputation as the go-to advisor for properties of extraordinary value and significance.

Despite his young age, Jack brings more than a decade of experience building relationships, mastering the Los Angeles market, and developing an instinct for exceptional real estate.

In addition to his brokerage career, Jack is an active developer and investor. His experience acquiring, developing, positioning, and selling high-value properties gives him a perspective that extends well beyond that of a traditional agent. He understands not only how to market and negotiate a property, but also how to recognize its potential and create lasting value.

Known for his discretion, extensive network, and relentless execution, Jack is trusted by celebrities, prominent families, developers, and investors to handle complex transactions at the highest level. His landmark listings, record-setting sales, and development projects have received extensive coverage from The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Robb Report, Mansion Global, The Hollywood Reporter, The Real Deal, and the Los Angeles Business Journal.
